How My Search Ended with Fascia
It happened in a single moment
My body felt held, without needing to be held upright.
I was sensing fascia from within, easing an area of strain through the mid-spine.Â
A felt a spontaneous sigh emerge.
At that moment, I felt integrity - a sense of wholeness, of oneness.
An insight that can only happen through the body.
In that moment, my search ended.
My exploration of fascia as a sense began
 A sense that informs how we move, feel and heal.
Fascia-informed Somatic movement revealed how the body prefers to move, shifting my attention away from guiding therapeutic Pilates and yoga.
I weave in my fascination with fascia with nervous system regulation, psychoneuroimmunology and most recently quantum biology.
