Learning to Listen to My Body Changed Everything

I didn’t create In-Tune because I didn’t know how to listen.
I created it because, even in my knowing, I stopped listening to myself.

I knew the power of this work. I had seen what was possible — in my body, and in others. I knew how to live well, how to ease pain, how to let the body lead.

But in my passion to guide others — to gently challenge a paradigm that separates body and mind — I lost sight of one thing: my body was changing. Quietly. Biologically.

And I wasn’t listening to that shift.

In-Tune came from that moment. A moment not of collapse, but of clarity. A moment where I turned inward again, not to relearn, but to re-attune.

To create space where I felt held  — a space not to be strong, or wise, or capable... but simply to be held with care and compassion. To learn to listen to my body saying NO! To honour what it requires, to nurture and nourish in small ways. To return to finding moments of overwhelming joy in the smallest ways.  

That’s what I offer now.
