I’m Yasmin Lambat, founder of SomaSensing.
I guide people to reconnect with their body’s intelligence — simply, through fascia.
My search for ways to feel better ended when I felt fascia a sense. That was 20 years ago.
It helped me return to vitality going through the frustration of mid-life biology. I now help women navigating those same changes and frustrations.
